1/2 lb taco set (orange duck carnitas, quail, chicken, suadero, nopales, or pork belly), paired with home made blue corn tortillas, Peruano bean purée, sumac guacamole, onion, cilantro, and sauce

From The Land (choice of)

Enchiladas, chicharrone con carne, sun"flour" seed catfish

Two servings of chess pie
